Shipping Info

Shipping is by UPS and all items usually ship within 24 hours of the order bieng placed. All orders placed after 12pm on Fraidays will be processed the following Monday.

You may return new and unopened items sold by www.horsingaroundtoys.com. Items must be returned in original product packaging with in 15 days of receipt of items. If the item being returned is from our error we will pay for return shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of returning the item to us. You will be notified by email when your refund has been received and processed.

For in store pick-up you must bring your photo ID and the original credit card used when the order was placed. No exceptions will be made.
